Driver requirements
- Minimum age 25
- Valid driver's licence held 2+ years
- Passport or government ID at handoff
- Credit card in the main driver's name
Payment & deposit
- Full rental amount paid at reservation
- Refundable $500 security hold at handoff
- 12.5% government tax applied at checkout
- Hold released after return inspection

Common questions
Requirements, answered.
- How old do I have to be to rent?
- Drivers must be at least 25 years old and have held a valid driver's licence for two or more years.
- What documents do I need?
- A valid driver's licence, a passport or government ID, and a credit card in the main driver's name for the refundable security hold.
- How much is the security hold?
- A refundable $500 hold is placed on your credit card at handoff and released after the machine is returned in the same condition.
- Is insurance included?
- Yes. Every rental includes insurance with clearly stated terms, explained during your briefing before you drive.
- Can more than one person drive?
- Additional drivers can be added at handoff, provided each one meets the same age, licence and document requirements.
